We anticipate that a sale and/or a purchase, transfer and re-mortgage can all take a period in the region of eight weeks - fourteen weeks to be concluded, provided that the process is straightforward and there are no complications.
Regarding fees, provided the transaction proves to be straightforward, which should be the case, will be as follows:
Our fees for a sale - £500 - £1,500 + * plus VAT
Our fees for a purchase - £500 - £1,500 + * plus VAT
Our fees for a Transfer - £400 - £1,000 + * plus VAT
Our fees for a re-mortgage - £300 - £1,000 + * plus VAT
*Please note that these figures depend on various components i.e. price, area, mortgage etc.

Ultimately, we would advise that our Bank charge us for the telegraphic transfer of funds, and we are prepared to send the first transfer ‘free of charge’. For any further transfers of funds, we will have to charge the sum of £15.00 plus VAT per transfer, which is the transfer fee to the Bank and our admin fee for sending the transfer. We do not operate a ‘no sale no fee’ and in the event that your transactions do not proceed to completion for any reason a fee will be charged for the work carried out on your behalf albeit by reference to the amount of work carried out.
